New Customer Onboarding

Want to know what happens after you subscribe? We'll guide you through the steps for new customers and outline what to expect after signing up.

1. Monthly subscription

Pick a plan and sign up online. Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can change or cancel your plan anytime.

2. Welcome Email

After subscribing, you’ll get a welcome email. This email will introduce WP Setel and explain the info we need to start, like your WordPress admin and hosting login details.

3. Website Backup

Once we have your login info, we start your onboarding. First, we add your site to our platform and do a full backup. This makes sure we can restore your site if any problems happen.

4. Activate Services

After the backup, we start the services based on your plan. This might include security scans and uptime checks.

5. Security Audit & Hardening

We check your site’s security, looking at users, plugins, themes, and other risks. We remove any outdated users or plugins. Then, we install security plugins and strengthen your site.

6. Website Optimization

Based on your plan, we make your site better. This could include speeding it up, making it better on mobile, and fixing broken links or errors.

7. Reports & Ongoing Support

You can start asking for support as soon as we have access to your site. You’ll get your first weekly report within 7 days.
